Terms of Service

Effective date: May 10, 2026

Contact: support@busycap.com. BusyCap is currently offered as an early V1 pilot for business users.

Service overview

BusyCap provides website, intake, support, reporting, and approved missed-call follow-up workflows for service businesses. The standard 30-day pilot is Confirm-by-Text style missed-call lead capture and handoff only.

The standard pilot does not include calendar/CRM integration, Auto-Schedule, real-time availability lookup, automatic appointment booking, or calendar write-back unless separately scoped and paid.

Customer responsibilities

SMS terms

No public BusyCap SMS demo is currently enabled. If SMS is later approved and enabled, messages may include demo, onboarding, support, account, and service-workflow texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

BusyCap does not sell or share mobile opt-in data, SMS consent records, or SMS message content with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Payments, refunds, and cancellation

No public live payment link is currently published on this website. If BusyCap offers the 30-day pilot for $299, the pilot covers missed-call text-back setup after approval, lead detail collection, contractor alerts, Confirm-by-Text style follow-up, and pilot reporting.

Pilot refund guarantee: if BusyCap does not capture or recover at least 3 qualified missed-call opportunities during the first 30 days of the standard pilot, BusyCap will refund the pilot fee. A qualified missed-call opportunity means a real customer in your service area asking about service, repair, maintenance, or an estimate. Spam, vendors, wrong numbers, out-of-area requests, unrelated calls, and unapproved/unavailable message routes do not count. The guarantee does not promise booked appointments, completed jobs, revenue, profit, customer response, rankings, or calendar events. Refund requests must be sent to support@busycap.com within 14 days after the pilot period ends.

Future monthly service is expected to renew month-to-month unless canceled before the next billing period. Final subscription and tax terms will be shown in the approved checkout or written order.

Third-party services

BusyCap may rely on providers such as Twilio, Make, Airtable, Stripe, Google Workspace/Calendar, booking tools, hosting/DNS/email providers, analytics tools, and telecommunications carriers. Their availability, rules, approvals, outages, filtering, and terms can affect the service.

No guaranteed outcome

BusyCap may improve follow-up speed and lead handling, but does not guarantee leads, bookings, revenue, profits, customer replies, search rankings, or business outcomes except for the specific pilot refund guarantee above.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BusyCap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages; lost leads; carrier filtering; third-party outages; delayed or undelivered messages; or business decisions made from the service.

Changes, termination, and governing law

BusyCap may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and may refuse or terminate service for misuse, compliance risk, nonpayment, fraud, or operational infeasibility. These Terms are intended to be governed by California law unless a later written agreement states otherwise.
