SMS Disclosures

No public BusyCap SMS demo is currently enabled. BusyCap will not promise live SMS replies until carrier/A2P compliance and final sender setup are approved.

When SMS is enabled

If BusyCap SMS is approved and enabled, messages may include demo, onboarding, support, account, and service-workflow texts related to BusyCap. Message frequency varies based on your request, account activity, support needs, and service configuration.

Consent and costs

Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of purchase. BusyCap will use SMS only after intentional inbound text, explicit opt-in, customer onboarding authorization, or another permitted basis.

STOP and HELP

Reply STOP to opt out where SMS is enabled. Reply HELP for help, or email support@busycap.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile-data non-sharing

BusyCap does not sell or share mobile opt-in data, SMS consent records, or SMS message content with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS-related data may be shared with providers and carriers only as needed to provide, secure, support, troubleshoot, bill, and comply with BusyCap services.

Sample future opt-in language

After carrier approval and sender publication: “By checking the SMS consent box and submitting this form, or by texting an approved BusyCap keyword to BusyCap’s approved SMS number, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from BusyCap about your demo request and related follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.”
