Information we collect
We may collect contact and business information you provide — through the pilot application form, email, phone, or text — including name, business name, role, email, phone number, service area, website, call volume, call-handling details, and anything you share about missed-call handling or pilot fit.
For SMS workflows, including the public BusyCap SMS demo, we may collect mobile number, consent source, message content, delivery metadata, opt-out status, and operational logs needed to provide and document the service.
If payment or booking steps apply to you, our payment or scheduling providers may process related billing, schedule, and account information. BusyCap does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers, and no card details are collected on this website.
How we use information
- Respond to demo, pilot, application, and support requests.
- Evaluate business fit and prepare approved missed-call workflows.
- Operate and improve lead-intake, reporting, compliance, billing, and support processes.
- Maintain consent, opt-out, suppression, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, and legal records.
SMS privacy
BusyCap operates a public SMS demo: you opt in by texting DEMO to (310) 910-9204 after reading the disclosures on the SMS demo page. The demo runs on BusyCap's own approved demo line. Production SMS for a client's business is enabled only after that client's setup, consent/routing review, and carrier/compliance checks are complete.
BusyCap sends text messages only after an intentional inbound text, explicit opt-in, customer onboarding authorization, or another permitted basis. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help where SMS is enabled.
Mobile-data non-sharing: BusyCap does not sell or share mobile opt-in data, SMS consent records, or SMS message content with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
How we share information
We may share information with third-party service providers that help operate BusyCap — such as communications providers and telecommunications carriers, messaging and workflow platforms, payment processors, scheduling tools, hosting, DNS, email, data-storage, analytics, and security providers — and with professional advisors. These providers receive information only as needed to provide, secure, support, troubleshoot, bill, and comply with BusyCap services. We may also disclose information where required by law, platform or carrier compliance, fraud prevention, safety, or rights enforcement.
Retention and requests
We retain information as reasonably needed for the service, compliance, legal, accounting, dispute, security, and opt-out purposes. You may request access, correction, deletion, or suppression by contacting support@busycap.com. We may keep limited records where required or permitted.
Security
BusyCap uses reasonable safeguards for an early-stage service. Do not send payment card numbers, government IDs, health information, or other highly sensitive data by SMS or ordinary email unless an approved secure method is provided.
Children and updates
BusyCap is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change.
